Restaurant participants shall provide the following as a condition of participation in 318 Restaurant Week 2025.

Dining Experiences are unique culinary events with an exclusive number of tickets available to provide an immersive and interactive experience for guests. If you are interested in hosting, our Restaurant Liaison will be in touch for further planning.
As hired by Visit Shreveport-Bossier as Restaurant Liaison, Emerie Holtzclaw, will coordinate directly with your team regarding all necessary items required for participation.
As part of the registration process, each participating restaurant agrees to provide a gift card valued at the average cost of a single dining experience at your establishment. This gift card will be used by Visit Shreveport-Bossier for promotional purposes, including event giveaways, media outreach and tours, and other tourism-related promotions. Emerie will reach out with further instructions to ensure a smooth and successful registration process.
Each participating restaurant will receive up to seven 318 Restaurant Week t-shirts, tailored to the size of your staff for distribution. Please indicate the required sizes below.
The restaurant listed on this form has agreed to participate in 318 Restaurant Week 2025 and pledges to follow all terms outlined in the agreement. Restaurants that agree to meet these terms but fail to meet their obligations during 318 Restaurant Week will not be invited to participate in future events.Â
