“This is our fifth year pulling the community chefs, restaurateurs, and foodies into 318 Restaurant Week,” said Stacy Brown, president of the Tourist Bureau. “The past year has caused much uncertainty and financial strain to the restaurant industry, so we hope that this year’s 318 Restaurant Week will boost their sales and awareness among locals and visitors. As we look forward to feeding ‘the 318’ for the fifth year, we want chefs, restaurateurs, locals and visitors to know that our culinary scene is the bread and butter of resilience and excellence.”
