Visit Shreveport-Bossier's Board of Directors normally meets the third Thursday of every month at 11:30 AM in the board room at 629 Spring Street in Shreveport, Louisiana. The meetings are open to the public. The finance committee meets at 10:30 AM, just prior to the board meeting. The agenda for the board meeting will be uploaded before each meeting and the minutes will be available after each meeting.
