318 Restaurant Week Opens Registration for Its 10th Year!
Shreveport-Bossier, LA – Visit Shreveport-Bossier is calling all restaurant owners to celebrate 10 years of 318 Restaurant Week during March 1-7, 2026. 318 Restaurant Week is a 7-day celebration, focused on spotlighting the local eateries that make up Shreveport-Bossier’s unique food scene!
Restaurants in Caddo & Bossier Parishes can participate by offering either a deal or exclusive menu item for $10, $15, $20, or $25. There is also an exclusive dining experience held each night during 318 Restaurant Week.
“318 Restaurant Week is the perfect excuse to get out and enjoy local restaurants all week long,” said Stacy Brown, President & CEO of Visit Shreveport-Bossier. “Food is a major part of who Shreveport-Bossier is, and it’s where our stories, creativity, and culture excite all five senses. This week is about celebrating that identity, meeting the people behind those stories and flavors, and experiencing the dishes that make Northwest Louisiana stand out from the rest.”
For restaurant participation, we ask each restaurant to provide a gift card valued at the average customer spend per visit. These gift cards are used throughout the year by Visit Shreveport-Bossier to continue to drive customers into the participating restaurants through strategically placed promotional tactics such as media outreach, press tours, influencer visits and other tourism-related initiatives.
