American Cornhole Organization Returns to Shreveport-Bossier for an ACO Major and Pro Series Skins Cornhole Tournament to the Bossier Civic Center, April 4th- 5th, 2025

Shreveport-Bossier, LA - The American Cornhole Organization, the Worldwide Governing Body of the sport of cornhole since 2005, headquartered in Camp Dennison, Ohio, is excited to announce our return to ACO Shreveport-Bossier for a Major Tournament in Shreveport, Louisiana, to be held at The Bossier Civic Center on Friday and Saturday, April 4th and 5th, 2025. The event, which will include an ACO Pro Series Skins competition, drawing top ACO Pros from around the country, and will be both a points-earning tournament for players of all skill levels who will be competing to qualify for the ACO World Championships of Cornhole 20 in July 2025. The Major also welcomes the public for social play registration and competition for prize money.
Frank Geers, Founder and President of the ACO added: ‘The ACO is pumped to return for the 2025 Season 20 Shreveport-Bossier Major. Adding an ACO Pro Series Skins tournament to the docket ups the ante on this Major as one of our top draws on the Season 20 schedule. The team from Shreveport-Bossier continues to be a top-notch partner and we couldn’t be more thrilled to take our relationship and the sport of cornhole to the next level in the region. We are also excited to have local players come out and compete in public events like the ACO Big Blind Draw and more.”
The weekend will include an open to the public ACO Backyard Bash on Thursday, April 3rd at the East Bank for blind draw play and more, plus free admission for spectators on Friday and Saturday. The ACO Shreveport-Bossier Major Cornhole Tournament is one of 40 plus Majors held nationwide; all leading to Season 20 ACO World Championships (July 2025) where we will crown a new King, or our first ever Queen of Cornhole Singles World Champion, in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
