Archery Conference Brings Thousands of Archers
For The Fifth Year

Shreveport-Bossier, LA – The Archery Shooter’s Association returns to North Louisiana for the 2026 Pro/Am Tour. Hosted by the Shreveport-Bossier Sports Commission with Visit Shreveport-Bossier and Visit Webster Parish, the event will bring thousands of archers and their families to North Louisiana from April 23-26, 2026.

The 2026 Pro/Am Tour is estimated to generate an economic impact of $2.3 million for the Shreveport-Bossier community and will host more than 1,500 shooters and their families for the weekend. The event drives meaningful visitation across Caddo, Bossier, and Webster Parishes, as guests experience local restaurants, shopping, and attractions while engaging with the community beyond the competition.

Last year, Camp Minden made significant updates to prepare for the tournament, such as new bridges to improve mobility across spectator areas, easily accessible water and electric hookups for vendors, a new 60-yard lane offering more space for professional archers, and improved safety for the kids’ youth competitions. These improvements not only elevate the experience for participants and spectators but also strengthen the region’s ability to host large-scale outdoor sporting events now and in the future.

Spectators are invited to attend and experience the event firsthand to watch competitors of all skill levels and take in the unique outdoor setting of Camp Minden.
