Inaugural Shreveport Travel Expo Invites Public to Explore the World in a Relaxed, Informative Setting

SHREVEPORT-BOSSIER, LA — Travelers of all experience levels are invited to discover new ways to explore the world at the inaugural 2026 Shreveport Travel Expo, a free, public event hosted collaboratively by Expedia Cruises™ Shreveport-Bossier, Shreveport Regional Airport, and Visit Shreveport-Bossier. The Expo will take place on Saturday, February 21, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Shreveport Regional Airport and is designed as a come-and-go experience for attendees.

The Shreveport Travel Expo brings together leading cruise lines, tour companies, and vacation brands for a morning of travel inspiration, education, and one-on-one conversations with industry experts. Validated onsite parking will be available at the airport.

Organized and hosted by Expedia Cruises™ Shreveport-Bossier, the Expo reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to helping travelers explore the world with clarity and confidence.

The event is intentionally not a high-pressure sales environment. Attendees are invited to explore travel ideas, ask questions, and compare different travel styles without any expectation to book or purchase during the event. The focus is on inspiration and education, with follow-up planning happening later, at the attendee’s own pace.

How the Expo Works

Guests may arrive at any time between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to browse the Expo floor, connect with travel experts, and attend optional, short travel inspiration panels. The emphasis is on matching travelers with experiences that fit their interests, timelines, and comfort levels rather than delivering sales presentations.
