Zombie Car Wash – October 27-29

Humans beware! Zombies have taken over the Rocketfast Car Wash and will be hanging out at this haunted drive-thru car wash. It’s good clean family fun for everyone. $20 per car. It is happening every night from October 27 – 29.

Shakespeare’s Macbeth at LSU Shreveport – October 28

“Double, double, toil and trouble. Fire burn and cauldron bubble!” LSU Shreveport invites you to dress in your best witch’s costume and attend a production of The Tragedy of Macbeth on Friday, October 28 at 6:00 p.m. This production will be performed by the Texas Shakespeare Festival as part of the TSF Roadshow.

Halloween at the Bossier City Farmers Market – October 29

Do some trick or treating at the Bossier City Farmers Market on Saturday, October 29. We will be celebrating Halloween at the Farmers Market from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. That means costumes, trick or treating, candy, face painting, and kids’ activities all at the Farmers Market!

The Cannon Ball – October 29

Captain Nicolas Greybeard the Loud and his bawdy pirate crew are back from the briny deep to bring you an evening of drink-a-longs, sing-a-longs, games, grub, and grog! The Cannon Ball will be held at Shreveport Aquarium in downtown Shreveport on Saturday, October 29 from 7-11 p.m.

Dixie Maze Farms Fall Festival – September 24 – October 31

Dixie Maze Farms will have entertainment for the whole family with a corn maze, outdoor movies, a pumpkin patch, duck races, a flower patch, a cow train, pig races, a corn bin and hayrides! Their Fall Festival runs from September 24 through October 31. For those looking for a fright, they also offer the Trail of Terror, the separate Haunted Corn Maze, and murder mystery dinners on select nights.

High Gravity Glassworks – October 28 – October 31

High Gravity Glassworks will be offering glow-in-the-dark glass to make spooky ghosts or bright pumpkins at their Create Your Own Workshops! You can pick out your colors, apply the colors to the hot glass, inflate it and use tools to shape the glass into the final piece. Each piece has to cool overnight and is available for pickup the next day. Workshops are great for children 8 and older and are fun for the whole family!

State Fair of Louisiana – October 27 – November 13

Enjoy fair food classics and exciting rides at the State Fair of Louisiana, coming to Shreveport October 27 – November 13. This event is the largest carnival and livestock show in the state. This 15-day festival also features magic shows, the State Fair Zoo, a sea lion splash show, a rodeo and more!

Shreveport Brew – October 29
