Yoga Farm Fest, Sept. 24-26, is a weekend dedicated to celebrating Zen for yogis with a wide range of skill levels. This festival focuses on healing the mind, body, and soul by promoting health, wellness, and community through yoga, music, food, and drink in an outdoor setting. It’s three days of nature, strength, and relaxation in various locations across Shreveport-Bossier. In addition to nuanced and traditional yoga classes, attendees have the opportunity to experience paddle boarding, live music, local vendors and artisans, farm-to-table foods, acupuncture, massages and more. Tickets are $25-$125. Click here to purchase tickets. Children’s admission is free.

Whether you’re a beginner with little to no yoga experience, a parent seeking unique family-friendly fun, or busy individual in need of calm, Yoga Farm Fest is where you need to be this weekend. Nationwide yoga instructors are invited to lead portions of this event to ensure that attendees gain the best experience possible with a variety of yoga classes. See the full schedule of events here.

If yoga isn’t your thing, find balance at the festival’s Healing Village, a wellness tent with in-depth conversations, farm-fresh foods, retail therapy and a stand-up paddle board pond. The Healing Village begins with a Sunday service at 9:30 a.m., includes brunch with Ki’Mexico at 11 a.m., and ends with aerial yoga at 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 26.
